Nato e cresciuto tra Toscana e Liguria, dopo 15 anni di esperienza in Locali importanti , Cocktail Bar di spicco, lascia l’Italia per la Citta del Bere Mondiale, Londra.

Numerosi viaggi in tutta Europa  tra Guest Bartending nei 50 Best Bar, raccontando di lui ,della propria professionalità e dell’esperienza attuale Londinese, continuando come formatore per scuole di Bartending a livello nazionale e non.
