INGREDIENTS
20 ml. Vodka
20 ml. Triple sec
60 ml. Pineapple juice
Top up with Prosecco Brut
METHOD
Pour all the ingredients, except Prosecco, into a shaker. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Top up with Prosecco. Stir gently.
