INGREDIENTS
25 ml. Gin
25 ml. Fresh lemon juice
25 ml. Orange juice
25 ml. Strawberry syrup
10 ml. Egg white
METHOD
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker. Shake well with ice and then shake without ice. Strain into a Cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
