(Sparkling drink)
INGREDIENTS
45 ml. Bourbon Whiskey
80 ml. Champagne
3 dashes Angostura bitters
METHOD
Pour all ingredients directly into highball glass filled with ice cubes. Stir gently and serve.
GARNISH
Garnish with Lemon zest
