Longdrink
50 ml. Brandy
25 ml. Fresh lemon juice
12,5 ml. Simple syrup
2 drops Angostura bitters
Top up with soda
Pour all ingredients directly into highball glass filled with ice. Stir gently.
Garnish with lemon slice.
Cyprus Brandy sour è stato inventato all'inizio degli 1930, dopo che la famiglia Haggipavlu aveva introdotto sul mercato il primo blended brandy.
Il cocktail fu creato al Forest Park Hotel, sulla collina di Plátres, per il giovane Re Farouk D'Egitto.
