45 ml Gin
15 ml Sugar syrup
30 ml Fresh lemon juice
1 dash orange bitter
1 dash celery bitter
top up with Soda water
Pour all ingredients directly into highball glass filled with ice. Stir gently.
Garnish with lemon peel.
