40 ml. Scotch Whisky
20 ml. Sweet Vermouth
15 ml. Triple sec
15 ml. Fresh lime juice
Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

The Churchill Cocktail fu creato per Wiston Churchill in una delle sue frequenti visite a Joe Gilmore al Savoy Hotel di Londra.
La ricetta fu pubblicata per la prima volta nel settembre 1939 nel libro Esquire, 9 mesi prima Churchill divenne Primo Ministro.
Curchill si dice adorasse lo scotch whisky.
