Before Dinner Cocktail
45 ml Vodka
15 ml Fresh pineapple juice
15 ml Raspberry liqueur
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Squeeze oil from lemon peel onto the drink.
Questo drink fu reso famoso dalla serie televisiva Sex and the city, si dice fu creato nel 2003 al Gustavinos (NY) da Sarah Jessica Parker.
Altre teorie sostengono sia stato inventato nel 1980 in uno dei bar di New York City da Keith McNally.
Successivamente fu ritrovarlo nel cocktail menu del McNally Balthazar a Soho nel 1996.
